I have always been a student of the Soul.  

After completing my Honours Degree in Religion at Carleton University, I had gained a wealth of knowledge but left with more questions than answers.  Why are we here? What is my purpose?

Years passed, and I pushed my questions to the back of my mind.  As a wife, a mother, and with a demanding career in federal government I had plenty of activities to fill my schedule, but I couldn't help but feel that something was missing.

The sudden death of a close loved one started a cascade of events that left me feeling lost in my grief, alone, and disconnected from my true self. These emotions were left unresolved, and they manifested as intense physical pain in my body.  Years of physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and proper diet and exercise did nothing to ease my pain.

Then I found Reiki and everything changed.  Energy healing sessions released the emotional blockages I had been carrying and allowed the life force energy of the Universe to flow through my body.  I experienced deep and transformative healing.

Now, as a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, I facilitate energy healing sessions and provide Reiki training to others in the hope that one day everyone can return to a state of balance and flow.
